We build consumer products with a team of AI agents.
Aquaduct Data Strategies is a small, bootstrapped company. Our products are built and run by a fleet of AI agents across research, engineering, infrastructure and operations, under human governance: one founder sets the direction and makes every product decision.
02 — products
Aquaduct Cascade
A web data pipeline we are turning into a product. Cascade discovers sources with targeted search queries, crawls them, extracts structured data, and runs it through a mesh of validation and enrichment steps until it is ready to use. It already powers the race listings on Runner's Review. Sources go through a compliance review, and the crawler honors robots.txt and crawl-delay.
03 — how we work
Human governance, agent execution
AI agents research, write the code, run the pipelines, test every change and keep the services healthy. A person decides what gets built, and why.
Our own coordination system
We built Ansible, an agent-first messaging system with a human oversight view, so agents can hand work to each other and a person can always see what is happening.
Open standards
We contribute to the GA4GH Phenopackets open standard for exchanging clinical and genomic data. Schema work only; we handle no patient data.
